Year Three Queue: What You Need to Know

Follow us on Instagram for updates!

Do I need to apply again?

No! If you previously applied to Year 4 for the 2024-2025 year or later (i.e. children born 2014 or later) we have automatically moved your application to Year 3.

What if my child was born earlier than 2014?

You should have received an email from us about expressing interest in Year 3, as well as confirmation emails based on your on your response.

If you can't find these emails, please contact Administration.

What do I do if we're not interested in Year 3?

Send us an email with your child's personnummer (or queue ID) and the year group and start-year you want to move to.

Will we lose our queue time if we move to a different year group?

No, your child will keep their original queue time if you decide to move them to another year level or start-year. If you do not receive a spot in Year 3 we will move the child's application to Year 4 before the next admissions process.

How does the admissions process work?

The intake of students starts in the autumn the year the child is in Year 2. Admission is in order of date of application after priority placement of siblings of present students. We will contact families accordingly if the opportunity to begin at our school should arise.

How many spots are available?

We will take in 60 students in Year 3 (two classes) and 36 students in Year 4. All in all, we will have two parallel classes in Year 3 and three parallel classes in the rest of the school.

Can you tell me what my child's queue number is?

No. We understand that you would like to know as early as possible whether your child has a spot. However, it is difficult to give a precise answer before we start the intake process.
